When Do I Need to Replace My Toys, Lube, and Condoms?
Give your pleasure products a little check-up every six months. Here's what to look for:
- Lube & Condoms: Most are good for 6–12 months after opening, but always check the expiration date. If the texture feels weird, it smells off, or the color changes—it's time to toss.
- Toys: Notice cracks, discoloration, sticky spots, or a fading motor? That’s your cue to upgrade. Regular use and cleaning can wear them down over time.
- Massage Oils & Toy Cleaners: If the scent has changed or they’re not working like they used to, they’re likely past their prime.
Pro Tip: Keep everything stored in a cool, dry place, and when in doubt—swap it out.
