Exchange Policy

At Lion’s Den, we take pride in our selection of products, our service and the education we provide our patrons. However, we understand that sometimes our products may miss the mark for a variety of reasons. If there is an issue with your purchase, and you believe it is defective, you have 30 days from the original purchase date to find out if your purchase is eligible for exchange. Please refer to the guidelines below for each product category. If an exchange cannot be made, no cash refunds will be issued; all balances will be applied to a gift card for future purchases. Due to the nature of our products, and for the health and safety of our staff, all sales are final.

 

Pleasure Products

You may exchange any defective item for the exact same item, and if the exact item is not available, an item of equal value may be substituted. The original receipt must accompany the product. All items must be in new condition with the original box, packaging, manuals, accessories and UPC code.

 

Lingerie & Apparel

Any lingerie or apparel may be exchanged for the exact same item in a (different size), and if the exact item is not available, an item of equal value may be substituted. The original receipt must accompany the product. All articles must be in new condition, unwashed, with the original tags, packaging, accessories and UPC code.

 

Sensual Care

All sensual care items such as lotions, lubricants, and toy cleaners, may be exchanged for the exact same item, and if the exact item is not available, an item of equal value may be substituted. The original receipt must accompany the product. All sensual care items must be returned unopened with the original packaging and UPC code. Original factory seals must be intact, any signs of tampering will disqualify the product from being exchanged.

 

Novelty Items

Novelty items such as housewares and games may only be exchanged for the exact same item, and if the exact item is not available, an item of equal value may be substituted. The original receipt must accompany the product. All novelty items must be in new condition with the original box, tags, packaging, manuals, accessories and UPC code.

 

Supplements

You may exchange any supplements for the exact same item, and if the exact item is not available, then an item of equal value may be substituted. The original receipt must accompany the product. Supplements must be returned unopened with the original packaging and UPC code. Original factory seals must be intact; any signs of tampering will disqualify them from being exchanged.

 

DVDS

DVDs may only be exchanged for other movies of the same value, pending inspection. The original receipt must accompany the product. All DVDs must be in new condition with the original box, packaging, manuals, accessories and UPC code. *Please Note: Special order items are not eligible for exchange. We do not buy back used DVDs, VHS tapes, magazines, or books.

 

Smoking Accessories

Any smoking accessories may be exchanged for the exact same item, and if the exact item is not available, then an item of equal value may be substituted. The original receipt must accompany the product. Items must be returned in new condition, unopened or unused with the original packaging, manuals, accessories and UPC code. 

 

Sale/Clearance Items

Sorry, we do not offer exchanges for clearance items.

 

Product Warranties

Many of the products we carry have extended warranties covered by the manufacturer. If your purchase is “defective” and you are outside our 30-day exchange policy, please visit our warranty page to find your product manufacturer (lionsden.com/warranties).
