How old do you have to be to enter the store?
You must be at least 18 years of age. We kindly request that you present a valid photo ID issued by either the state or federal government for verification purposes. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated.
What are your store hours?
Our stores operate on varying schedules, tailored to their specific locations. We encourage you to utilize our store locator tool to locate a store near you and obtain its respective hours of operation. Thank you for considering us as your destination, and we look forward to serving you soon.
Are stores open on holidays?
Certainly! With the exception of our Shippensburg, PA location, all our stores observe their regular business hours on major holidays. Please note that in accordance with local regulations, our Shippensburg, PA store remains closed on federal holidays and Sundays. We appreciate your understanding and hope to continue serving you on all other occasions.

Which stores have adult arcades? (movie booths)
The following locations feature adult arcades with movie booths that are currently open for your enjoyment: Mineral Wells, WV | Ghent, WV | Leesville, SC | Bowman, SC. Are your adult arcades open?

How do the arcades work?
To ensure an enjoyable experience for all patrons, we kindly request that each booth be occupied by only one person. Prior to accessing our arcade, all guests are required to purchase a ticket at the checkout counter. The minimum card purchase is $5.00, granting you a generous 20 minutes of viewing time. It's important to note that any unused credits remain valid for a period of 30 days. Additionally, should you choose to keep your ticket and return for another visit later, the cost for each new visit will be $5.00. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we strive to maintain a pleasant and fair environment for all our guests.

Does Lion's Den buy back DVDs, VHS Tapes, Books or Magazines?
Regrettably, we do not offer buyback services for adult DVDs, VHS tapes, books, or magazines. How do I sign up for Lion's Den INSIDE™?
It's easy! Simply create an account at https://lionsden.datacandyinfo.com/login or you can sign up in store! Check out our store locator for a location near you.
How do I log into the member portal?
To log into your account for the first time, please visit the Lion's Den INSIDE™ member portal here: https://lionsden.datacandyinfo.com/ login click the "Get a Password" tab and enter the email you used when you registered for Lion's Den INSIDE™ (you will only need to do this step once). Click "Send Email" and you will be emailed a one-time passcode. Use this passcode and the email you registered with to log in at the member portal. Then, you will be prompted to reset your password and update your settings.
How old do you have to be to join Lion's Den INSIDE?
You must be 18 years or older to join the Lion's Den INSIDE rewards program.
Does it cost anything to join INSIDE™?
Not at all! Our rewards program is completely free to join.
What’s included in the Lion's Den INSIDE™ Program?
Earn points and redeem them for dollars off your purchases. Access to the member portal where you can track your points and view special offers. Add your rewards card to Google Pay or Apple Wallet. Invitations to exclusive member only events. Special birthday rewards. Access to members only deals, special offers and contests. Get weekly updates and our latest promotions. 
What do I need to sign up?
To sign up for Lion's Den INSIDE™ we will need some basic information: Your legal first and last name A valid email address (Sorry, cell phone email addresses will not be accepted.) A valid phone number Postal code Birthdate 

Why do you need my email and phone number?
If there is an issue with your account, we use this information to lookup your account details. You can also opt-in to email or text message notifications when you sign up. You may opt out or change your communication preferences at any time by logging in to your member portal. Your privacy is important to us; we will not sell your information to third party sources. 
How do I earn points?
Earn points by making purchases or participating in member events. Points for purchases are equivalent to the price of the items in your purchase (excludes taxes). Example: If you purchase an item for $50, you will receive 50 points. There will also be bonus days where you may earn double or triple points just for shopping with us! Earning Points In-Store: If you are registered, we will reward your account the appropriate amount of points associated with your purchase during checkout. Earning Points Online: As long as you are registered and logged into your account, you will automatically earn points with each online purchase. 
Do my points ever expire?
Yes – your rewards points expire after 730 days (24 months) of inactivity.
How do I spend my Lion's Den INSIDE™ points?
Once you have accumulated 150 points (resulting from $150 in qualifying purchases), you will see one of two things. If you are shopping online you will see an option at checkout under the payment options that will allow you to spend points online (You must be logged into your account to spend your points). If you are shopping in a store, please see a store associate at checkout to spend your points. You may take advantage of either option at any time, provided your points have not expired.
How many points may I spend at once?
You may use as many rewards points that you have in your account. However, you must reach 150 points to receive your first $10 OFF. For example: if you have 200 points, you can use your $13.33 in rewards. All pre-tax purchases must be of greater or equal value than the amount of points being redeemed.   After you have spent your rewards, you must accumulate enough points to reach the $10 threshold before you can use rewards towards purchases again. For example: if you have $15 in rewards and you use $10 on a purchase, you now have $5 left over. You must now wait until you have accumulated a total of $10 before you can redeem your rewards again on purchases. 
Can I use my accumulated Lion's Den INSIDE™ points toward a product that costs less than $10?
Yes, but no cash will be returned.
How can I check my points balance or make changes to my account?

What are birthday rewards?
On your birthday we will send you a special treat! It might be an exclusive offer, bonus points or a free gift. We change this up regularly, so keep an eye on your inbox!
How do I know when I have a special offer available?
When a special offer is available, you will be notified via email. If you aren’t receiving email notifications, make sure we have the correct email address associated with your account. You can adjust these preferences and see your offers by logging into your member portal. If you have opted out of communications, you will not receive offers.
Can my significant other use the account?
No. Rewards accounts can only be registered to one person, and points can only be redeemed by the account holder. 
Can I share or gift my account to someone?
No. For safety and privacy, we do not allow sharing or gifting of accounts. Rewards accounts are individual and can only be registered to one person, but we can associate multiple card numbers with one account. 
How do I use my points online?
If you would like to shop online, you will need to create an account with our web-store (use the email address you used when you registered for Lion's Den INSIDE™). To create a new account, please visit: https://shop.lionsden.com/s/register
What happens if I need to cancel an order?
The points you earned for that transaction will be deducted from your balance.
Can I still get free shipping if I spend points?
Yes. Free/discounted shipping still applies to orders having a subtotal of $75 or more after discounts/coupons have been applied.
Does my account ever expire?
No – your rewards account will not be deactivated for inactivity.
Can I merge accounts?
Yes. We are able to merge duplicate accounts only. To combine duplicate accounts, the names on both accounts must match. Both accounts must belong to you and cannot belong to other individuals. This includes significant others, friends, or family. Combining accounts is a one-time process that cannot be undone.
Do I earn points for transactions where I am also spending points?
Yes. If you are spending points, you will also earn points based on the prices of the items in your cart or basket.
