**** If you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms such as fever, coughing, and shortness of breath, you must reschedule your visit to our store. ****

  • Q: What are you doing to combat the spread of COVID-19?
  • A: At Lion’s Den, we have always had a great amount of pride in the cleanliness of our stores. As we navigate this health emergency, we will continue to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and increase the sanitizing of frequently touched surfaces and high traffic areas. We have also made hand sanitizer available for customers to use as well. We also ask that while in our stores, patrons maintain social distance between themselves and others inside the facility. In addition, we will be limiting the number of patrons inside the building to the each state’s mandated capacity.
  • Q: Do you require masks?
  • A: In areas where masks are required in public spaces, we ask that all patrons visiting our stores wear face coverings while in-store. Failure to do so may result in store closure. If there is no mandate in the area for the store you plan to visit, we do not require a mask. However, for the safety of our associates and other patrons, we do encourage everyone to wear them when visiting.
  • Q: Are your adult arcades open?
  • A: All of our adult arcades are currently closed. We do not have an eta of when we will be reopening them. We continue to evaluate the situation as it unfolds, keeping in mind the health and safety of both our patrons and staff members.
  • Q: Are your restrooms/dressing rooms currently open?
  • A: At this time, our restrooms and dressing rooms are closed to the public.
  • Q: My toys are typically battery tested before purchase. Is this still being offered?
  • A: We would be happy to battery test your toy after you have made you purchase. For health and safety reasons, we will not be opening boxes to display items without purchasing it.

In compliance with local governments, we have adjusted hours for all Ohio stores; they will close at 10PM EST to meet curfew restrictions. We plan to return to regular business hours as soon as the curfew is lifted, please follow us on social media and check back often for updates!

Amid ongoing concern about the coronavirus COVID-19, our top priority is the health, safety, and well-being of our patrons. We understand the concern and uncertainty everyone may be experiencing around the evolving situation, and we're committed to being responsive and flexible to everyone’s needs. To Our Patrons,

At Lion’s Den we take the health and safety of our customers and employees very seriously. We plan to follow any guidance put forward by local, state and federal governments as they work to contain the COVID-19 outbreak.

Our stores are open to serve our customers and we hope to continue to welcome you as always. However, in the current environment, if you choose to not visit a store we are still here for you through our website But, be assured, we are taking extra steps to ensure we are doing everything we can to keep our employees and communities at minimal risk.

We are increasing the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing our stores. Especially those areas with high-touch frequency like door handles, credit card readers, test stations, bathrooms and fitting rooms. In addition, we are reinforcing our existing health and safety protocols including frequent and proper hand-washing and the use of hand sanitizing dispensers in all stores. To that end, we have instructed all employees who are ill to stay home and seek medical attention. If any employees are ordered by a doctor to self-quarantine those employees will continue to be compensated for the duration of their medically recommended absence.

Lion’s Den values your patronage and loyalty and we thank you for your past and continued support. In the interest of keeping our communities as safe as possible we are prepared for any changes in guidance by CDC, WHO and local and state health officials.
