Q: What are your store hours?

A: Each store has different hours, please visit our store locator to find a location near you!

 

Q: Are stores open on holidays?

A: Yes, each location is open for normal business hours on every major holiday with the exception of our Shippensburg, PA location.

Per local regulations, they are closed on federal holidays and Sundays.

Q: Which stores have adult arcades? (movie booths)

Q: How do the arcades work?

A: We allow 1 person per booth, each guest must purchase a ticket at the check out counter prior to visiting the arcade. The minimum card purchase is $5.00 which is good for 20 minutes of view time. Credits are good for 30 days and if you keep the ticket and return later, it's $5 for each new visit.

 

Q: Does Lion's Den buy back DVDs, VHS Tapes, Books or Magazines?

A: We do not buy back any adult media.

 

Q: Can you place and order online and pick it up in the store?

A: Sorry, in-store pick up is not available at this time.

 

Q: Can I return items I purchased online at a store?

A: Sorry, items purchased online cannot be returned at stores.

 

Q: Can you return items that are not used?

A: For sanitary reasons, we are not able to accept returns on any items unless they have mechanical defects. Please see our return policy below for details.

 

Store Return Policy:

Novelty Items: For sanitary reasons, all sales are final. If the product you purchased is defective you may exchange the product within 10 days from the original purchase date. The original receipt must accompany the product. All items must be in new condition with original box, packaging, manuals, accessories and UPC code. If an exchange cannot be made, you will receive a gift card to use towards any merchandise in our store.

DVDs: DVDs may only be exchanged for the same title, pending inspection. The original receipt must accompany the product. All items must be in new condition with original box, packaging, manuals, accessories and UPC code. Please Note: Special order items are non-returnable. We do not buy back used DVDs, VHS tapes, magazines or books.
